Class Action Campaign Poster

Help raise awareness and funds for Jason Baldwin, the representative plaintiff in a class action lawsuit filed in October 2023, on behalf of all unionized BC Public Service (BCPS) workers.

The holidays are a perfect time to share the BCPSEF Class Action poster with your family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, and local community.

Print it out or share the digital version—many public libraries offer free printing!

Post the poster wherever there’s a bulletin board: grocery stores, arenas, community centers, shopping malls, libraries, and more. Black-and-white copies are just as effective, and don’t hesitate to replace any missing posters. Keeping extra copies in your vehicle makes it easy to stay prepared!

Consider connecting with local businesses that remained open during the lockdowns—they may be willing to display the poster and support this important cause. We all know who they are.

A big thank-you to the dedicated volunteers who updated the BCPSEF Class Action poster to help drive this campaign forward.

Together, we can make a difference!

Thank you for helping raise awareness of our cause!

There is also a BCPS Employees for Freedom pamphlet (PDF) double-sided. Let’s continue raising awareness of who we are and our fight standing for medical privacy and bodily autonomy.
