The BCPSEF has a Hardship Fund to help members in financial need by providing funding up to $200.00.
Hardship Fund FAQs
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a voting member of the BCPS Employees for Freedom Society
- Requests assistance by completing the application form and providing requested information
- Must apply for a reasonable purpose that helps the individual care for themselves or their family (e.g., bill payment, child’s birthday or Christmas or graduation present, rent or mortgage assistance, car payment assistance, car or house insurance, childcare expenses, etc.)
Anytime. Funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If the funds run out, we will be unable to provide additional hardship grants until we receive more donations.
Complete the application form and provide evidence of your need (e.g., a bill, invoice, short statement explaining your need, etc.)
Within two weeks of applying and all required information is received.
