The B.C. government and bureaucracy no doubt intended for this to have a chilling effect on any public servant contemplating disclosing information to the public about government policy harms or misfeasance in office.

A nice victory for this worker whose religious exemption was denied, and who worked from home. But this case did not challenge the reasonableness of the mandate policy itself. BCPSEF plaintiffs have, so more on this in the litigation to come. #medicalprivacy #bodilyautonomy
