BCPSEF and United Healthcare Workers of BC (UHCWBC) are pleased to invite you to a special members-only joint Zoom session on Sunday, June 29 at 4:00 PM PDT, where we will explore the findings of a recent research study examining the effects of COVID-19 mandates on healthcare workers in British Columbia: “If all of this was about HEALTH, I’d still be working:” Lived Experiences of Covid-19 Vaccine Mandates of Healthcare Workers in British Columbia, Canada.”
This study, authored by Dr. Claudia Chaufan, offers critical insights into how mandates have influenced the professional and personal lives of healthcare workers. With her expertise in clinical medicine and social science, Dr. Chaufan provides a compelling perspective on the real-world implications of authoritarian public health policies—an issue of particular relevance to our members.
